Regu Recruitment Ltd provides career support services including CV optimisation, interview coaching, industry workflow projects, and job application strategy. 4. Fees and payment
Service fees are communicated at the point of engagement. By making payment you confirm your agreement to the payment terms, refund conditions, and cancellation policy set out in your individual service agreement.
5. Candidate obligations
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times; notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or visa status; not misrepresent your qualifications or experience to prospective employers; and treat our consultants and partner organisations with respect.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all candidate information with strict confidentiality. You agree not to disclose any proprietary processes, methodologies, or materials shared with you during your engagement with us.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Where services have been partially delivered, fees may be retained proportionally. We reserve the right to withdraw services if a candidate provides false information or breaches these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
